TCF as a family has been in the cycling industry since 1937! Owner Lorenzo Moro's grandfather and father were all heavily involved in the cycling industry. For them it started in Italy when Lorenzo's Grandfather supplemented his income by repairing and building bikes, He also race against the greats before the war but his career was rudley interupted when they decided to turn him into a soldier and send him off to War. When Lorenzo's grandfather migrated to Australia with his family in the Fifties he was asked by his wife not to get back into the professional riding scene as she never liked the skinny physique that went with bike riding.
TCF has an awesome crew of riders that we sponsor. From Endurance Mountain Bike Events, Time Trial and Road, Track, Downhill Mountain Biking and Cross Country. Look for the Torquay Cycling Crew out at EVERY event in Victoria and Nation Wide!
TCF Gives Back! We routinley hold maintenance clinincs, group rides, bar-bq's and community events. TCF is excited about the growth of cycling in the Torquay, Geelong, Forrest and Angelsea areas! We are very fortunate to have such an awesome cycling community here and great natural settings to ride.
TCF collectively has more than 80 years of combined experience building and repairing bikes. Our award winning mechanics will have your bike fixed and running better than ever! Our mechanics aren't hidden behind a wall out the back, we let you see into the work area and are more than happy to explain any process. We are there to help with any mechanical repair.
